I am obsessed with the cherry blossom cream cold brew coffee at Compass Coffee and would love to attempt to make it at home. Has anyone attempted before/does anyone have a good recipe to follow?

(Yes, I’ve already asked compass if they sell the cherry blossom syrup😂)

Huh, this just made me realize they no longer sell their syrups. During the height of the panda, you could buy bottles of all their stuff, from straight up simple syrup to the cherry blossom syrup.

i dont know what they taste like but monin sells sakura syrup

And if it tastes like cherries, it's not cherry blossom, for those taste more floral and, well, not like cherries. You could probably just grab a jar of maraschino cherries and use the syrup
