Does anyone know of any good hand poke / stick n poke tattoo artists in the dmv? I live in dc so in the city would be preferable but I’m definitely down to travel within a ~2 hour radius. Thanks!!

Most of the best ones are in Baltimore, Instagram is a good way to look
