"An aircraft flew in from abroad overnight and bombed Central African troops and their Russian paramilitary allies but caused only material damage, the government said Monday.

The plane targeted a defence forces base and “dropped explosives on the town” of Bossangoa, in the north, said a statement from the Central African Republic’s government."

ICANN Lookup shows the site as created April '20. Owned by private registration (Domains By Proxy LLC).

Original story is from Agence France Presse, but is (right now) just a scrolling line mention on the site.
