Ah yes. Because nothing works better than telling someone else to tell someone to do it for them

It makes sense, because China has a much better hold on Russia nowadays, and Xi is far more likely to convince Putin to do something than any Western leader

Are they not aware that putin is too deep in shit too just pull out? They can't just stop it, even if they wanted to, it would mean the end of him and his regime.

This war is good for China. Russia gives them money and fuel, the USA and Europe is distracted. As long as the nukes don’t fly, there’s no reason for Xi Jinping to be against it.

He is so shy to tell Putin directly?

He did meet him personally and tried to prevent the war. You cannot blame him that he didn't try.

So that Germany is then free to follow US into the plan to contain China from becoming a world power and bring the full force of NATO into the Pacific.

China would be extremely stupid to move the focus from Russia to itself.

China only lost because of this Putin's move, not like it's good for them, it's actually pretty bad

China had only to lose from this invasion in ukraine, they're not happy with it

With the way the west was decoupling from China, if I were them, I would be very happy for the spot light to be focus on someone else. I would also do my best not to do anything that would free up the spot light to be pointed back at me.

How so? They're building another pipeline to Russia to suck up all that cheap gas.

They're probably selling them all the winter clothes, MRE's and military equipment too.

The west is also worse off since this invasion, billions have been lost sending military/humanitarian aid, billions more will likely be lost to rebuild Ukraine. China sits back not spending a dime, gets some intel on our weapon systems and our military logistics/tactics.

If things get super bad for Russia they might offer China some land for more support.
