Nonsense.
So many inventors and scientists had been discussing the concept for years.
Farnsworth is credited as developing the first fully electronic system.

Not at all.
He didn’t invent television; it was invented by Baird.
He came up with a new and improved approach, which became the standard.
But Farnsworth was himself screwed over by David Sarnoff of RCA.
Amazing how US technological history is so full of tales like that.

He didn’t invent television; he came up with the electronic line scan system that eventually became the standard, but he received very little compensation for it.
He came up with the idea from the furrows after his teacher talked about the issues TV developers were trying to overcome.

It would have to be a sealed system like LPG; ammonia fumes are lethal.

If you’ve smelled pure ammonia, you’re probably dead.
But it actually shows some promise as fuel: good energy density, easy to transport and store, unlike hydrogen.
Most ICEs and fuel cells will run on it.

People often rail against the idea of crewed missions to Mars and other bodies, but the fact is that a geologist or exobiologist could learn more in a day than the robot rovers, great as they are, could learn in months or years.
There’s no substitute for boots on the ground.

What are you talking about??
DART was proof of concept. There wouldn’t be any old technology employed. Given enough advance warning, new interception devices would be built.
Having said that, it wouldn’t be a bad thing to have designs and some advance hardware at the ready.
