We're still a few orders of magnitude away from having enough functional qubits. Further, quantum computers are only good at s few specific things, and they'll need fast supporting intermediaries to feed them at reasonable speeds.

I still don't understand why everyone cares what Israel does. But geopolitics isn't my forte by any metric.

UN backers of this appear to have forgotten the lessons from the league of nations. The point of the UN is it doesn't have any teeth.
