Since I moved to the area it has become apparent that city planners and whoever designs and executes road construction, are woefully inept or purposefully bad at their careers.

In season is also good, but we're not there yet. Most retailers like selling things when people want them, so if you don't want the last coat in a color you didn't want a size too big for a little bit less, just wait until winter.
