I just need 24 hours to fire all the janitors and tram operators, turn over all food vending to the folks in charge of the Italy booth at EPCOT festivals, switch out all the ketchup packets, shut down the eggroll cart, release 100 limited edition Starbucks cups, take away free parking from passholders, cancel all ride repairs, and put up even more walls at EPCOT.
How much do I get?

I'm going off of Casey's Corner prices at WDW. They might be different in California.

The hot dogs have been $12-15 since at least 2021.
That's the price BEFORE the markups begin.
Edit: You can get a plain or plant-based dog for about $10.

Good luck to them with that one. I've heard all about the stuff they find on work devices— including government jobs— and TikTok would be among the least controversial things found on there.

Florida man is getting upstaged by Florida iguana in a big way.
Next thing you know, there will be stories of a methed-up iguana getting into fights with a gator at the Wawa before running off with a single stolen bag of chips.

I remember that one, but I especially remember the romaine lettuce ones. I was robbed of more than one delicious Caesar salad during those dark days.

This is so weird. I understand how it happened. I've just never heard of anything like this with what is essentially an air freshener.

Firstly, that's not as catchy, and I can already hear people saying, "Mmm... Pox!" Pox M might be slightly better.
Second, I don't really see how a rebrand isn't going to reduce stigma. It's the same virus, and people who were misinformed as to how it's transmitted from the very beginning are still going to be misinformed.

I ended up going out yesterday as well because I needed to get dog food, but I purposely waited until after lunch just in case. The roads and stores were the most abandoned I've seen them in years. I even dipped into Sam's to grab a few more things, and I ended up walking around for the hell of it because it was just so nice to be able to navigate it without the crowds.

Right now, he's getting all the blame for Tuesday. The propaganda outlets have started to turn on him, because they know that their true loyalty is to the party and not necessarily to Trump.
The party establishment has been waiting for this moment, because they've hated him this whole time. They had a whole ass mountain of blame and talking points ready to go if Tuesday went south, and they gleefully have pulled the trigger.

Sucks for him that the Republicans have all but turned on Trump after what happened on Tuesday.
For the first time in a long time, I actually have hope that they might just abandon him entirely and let him face consequences.

The reverse happens to be true with RSV. RSV is usually more serious in infants and elderly. You don't want your baby to get RSV. It's typically much milder in older children and adults.

Editing at the top to add that the article actually says the opposite of what you're implying.
>[Combs] added that two years ago, covid-prevention measures, such as wearing masks, social distancing, hand-washing and avoiding large gatherings, resulted in very little RSV, flu and rhinovirus — lessons that parents can apply even as new coronavirus infections wane.
>“In order to give both a sprout of hope and also some micro sense of control of, ‘Well, what can I do other than panic?’ ” she said. “Go back to basics, do what you’ve been doing over the past couple of years of pandemic: Get your immunizations … and just do your best.”
In other words, "if it worked before, it'll work now"— not "this was a very bad idea that made things worse."
---------
While for-profit health care is problematic, the idea that masks have weakened immune systems is utter horseshit, as kids haven't been wearing masks in schools for the most part for quite a while now. Every person without a mask they've come into contact with has provided exposure to them and their germs and, as an extension, anyone they've come into contact with and whoever they've come into contact with and so on.
If that was anywhere near the case, you would only see kids being hospitalized from families who'd been strictly adhering to masking and isolating. I think you'll discover that few meet that criteria.
We do however know that covid infection itself puts the body through quite a bit, and that especially during recovery it can be harder to fight off other illnesses. We also know that covid can have lasting effects on the immune system.
Contrary to this belief, it's been shown that wearing masks (in significantly reducing exposure but maybe allowing a smaller initial dose of virus as opposed to the larger one you'd be exposed to with no mask), that this could offer MORE benefit to an immune system.
But if you think greater exposure to viruses is the more important factor in preventing illnesses, by all means feel free to roll the dice with your own kids.

Lots of hospitals are packed right now— not just D.C. RSV is making a comeback, and this time is even worse than summer 2021.
Thing is, it can be prevented so easily just by wearing masks, but I swear some parents would rather have their kids in the hospital than bother with masks.

The table service isn't always good, either. The better restaurants honestly are either at Disney Springs or the resorts.
But there are a few of the quick service locations that stood out.
The Buffalo chicken grilled cheese sandwich over at ABC Commissary was amazing, but I've learned how to make it at home for much cheaper.
Satu'li Canteen is pretty good, too.
If you want a hot dog, you leave the park and go to Portillo's. Chicago dog with the best damn onion rings and a slice of chocolate cake (or a cake shake)... It's well worth the calories.
