No doubt those licensing were ignored but without evidence how do you make that copyright claim? Without evidence does that make it derivative? What do you think?

I like the idea but it sounds a little passive aggressive. I’d word it more objectively by, summarizing the other sides objections and then ask what I can do to overcome them (instead of we).

I use this technique and it works really well. Im the one taking all the blame/responsibility by framing it this way. The other way makes it sound rhetorical, this way there is a road map. Im rambling now :)
