I used a Nikon D7200 with a Sigma 150-600 lens. It’s actually 12 pictures stitched together; I’m beta testing the new pano feature in the Arsenal 2 device, which stitches the photos for me as I take them.

There’s another feature near Greenwater called Three Sisters. Based on the perspective this pic was taken, those very well may be them.

Small world; I live in that neighborhood and have taken many photos from that hill! This shot is from a spot on a cliff about 3 miles to the north, behind Tahoma Elementary School

There are formulas for that, but above my pay grade. They do loom over Seattle when seen from a distance, such as driving in on W90 from Issaquah.
