There’s supposed to be vendors and food at riverside park and a couple other places on the route.

I’m glad for confirmation though, it’s be really disappointing to go to one that was hands off.

Affordable is relative. If you’re moving from, say, Iceland, groceries are cheap. If you, like me, came from the US Pacific Northwest, groceries are more expensive.
