Its pretty contrived position with the knee licking very obviously fantasy of “suck my dick xmas gift” by the artist. As a woman I just think she is in a uncomfortable position but a lot of women do uncomfortable sex stuff, and some might even like it not just phony acting even if the knee licking looks cringey phony to me.

A kind of artsy porn I bet many would like. It is skilled painting and creative.

That's not a particularly uncomfortable position. But yes, she's literally wrapped in christmas lights, so I'm guessing this is not meant to be a realistic portrayal of an average woman's evening. Clearly some artistic license is being taken.
