I think everybody understands the difference between taking the reference picture and keeping a fish. It's a glass not a tank and it's obvious nobody's keeping the fish in it.

Working at a pet store I have met plenty of people that earnestly try to keep fish like this long term. Just saying, when it comes to animal welfare it’s hard to underestimate the general public.
