haha I'm a server at a local French bakery and they take doordash orders so that's why the screen is there, I wish I got paid tho:/

Interesting, my entire interpretation of this was that the DoorDash screen was where orders were coming in and the cook was maniacally about to destroy it with the torch.

With the eclaire + brown sugar I assumed the round dishes were also dessert: creme brule about to be or just been brule'd
