Dementia or Alzheimer’s. But bipolar disorder and schizophrenia can get real bad in their own ways too.

Undiagnosed Bipolar disorder. I made people's life hell before I found my current doctor. And there is something sad about someone in a manic state

Schizophrenia. Especially when it’s a person’s first psychotic break. Having to explain to someone in their late teens/early twenties and their family that this will impact the rest of their lives is really hard.
