I had one on my nose for about a year or two

I don't recall having a long-lasting pimple.

I had one on my upper arm near my shoulder, it was there for a couple months if not longer, came right back and was super itchy I ended up tearing it all to hell and another popped up right on top of the tore up one even itchier and I ripped the hell out of that one too and nod have a scar there

You did not just tell her? I would have made jokes about it.

After many many many painful years of trying to pop that huge pimple I realised it’s called a scrotum and it’s supposed to be there
