Good for them and the baby. Who would have anything negative to say about a woman who is taking good care of herself and her unborn child.

If you are healthy and your pregnancy is normal, it is safe to continue or start regular physical activity. Physical activity does not increase your risk of miscarriage, low birth weight, or early delivery.

It’s great for them. I remember my mom doing it with my youngest sister. She says to this day that it was her easiest labor.
