We bought a TC5 on many recommendations and it seems like a great washer. However it’s much louder than the Whirlpool Cabrio it replaced. I understand it uses the old tried and true design and that it’s going to be louder however this seems excessive. Our laundry room is in the center of the house and while the machine is running I can hear a resonance throughout the whole house. It’s especially uncomfortable in the bathroom and bedroom that share the wall with the laundry room. Anyone else experience this?

Search Amazon for "vibration Isolation pads". Should do the trick.

Put rubber pads under the feet.

I had the same experience. Was surprised by how loud it is.

Our front load SQ will vibrate the house with a full load sitting in six inches of concrete. Isolation pads are a must.

Our sales rep recommended the front loader as quiet. This is disappointing to hear.

It is quiet normally, but with a full load of cloth diapers, and when it’s doing the final spin at Mach Jesus, it gets loud for about 10min
