So putting that much wear on shoes you’re going to have to get them resoled fairly often. I would suggest going for a Blake stitch construction but those can only be resoled so many times. Good year welted shoes will last longer. I would try to find loafers with a nice rubber or vibram sole that is more durable than leather and will give you more grip.
