I have all clad copper core pans and they’re AMAZING!!! Super high quality and they’re a dream to cook with. I’ve had mine for about a year and as I expected, they show no signs of wear (and I bought some of them used). I can’t recommend them enough

They’re stainless on the outside surface so should clean exactly like the all clad stainless pans you’re used to.
