Hey all, I own some Nike crewnecks and I’m going to be honest, they look great and are comfy but their material isn’t the best especially for the price.

Any alternatives on GREAT LOOKING crewnecks that actually last and are worth the price?

I have some Patagonia from their wornwear site and you wouldn't know it was used. Lasts a long time if you take care of it.

Oh yes. I shop worn ware weekly.

I have a Patogonia Farmer John fleece, resplendent with back flap and stirrups for your feet.

It is the last word in warmth skiing at zero or riding la motos at sub 30.

Walking the lunatic chocolate lab this evening I had the thought "I've been using Patagonia gear since the early 80's... " I'm 60 now, and have most of the gear from the way back...and the Patagonia gear just flat lasts and serves well, year in, year out.

There was a NYT article from last year talking about how that the best sweatshirts are from them.

Not sure if they’re your style but I have some American Needle sweatshirts and some Cotopaxi sweatshirts (Cotopaxi are thicker and warmer) that have held up pretty well. I wouldn’t say they’re bifl because it depends on how often you wear and wash them, but you can get a good 10 years of frequent wear and they’ll still look good.

Everlane French Terry crew - have 3. Heavy solid material that doesn’t stretch or pill. Seriously great.

Also Itlalic Terry cotton blend and heavyweight.

Have heard good things about Patagonia.

American Giant. I love my crewnecks and everything else I’ve ever bought from there. Soft and durable

I don’t know what your style or climate is, but my winter workhorse is the commando sweater from LL bean. All wool, warm and durable as hell.
