Mine was black, and my roommate left it at a party after a decade of almost daily use - needless to say he hasn't been forgiven... I hope someone else treats her well

I feel your pain. Mine was green, ll bean, had it for 15 years before someone broke my window to steal it out of my car....with my dirty gym clothes in it.

They probably thought it had a laptop in it. Reminds me of that classic post with the girl with her dead dog in a suitcase (to take to the vet for cremation) and when someone asked what was in it, she panicked and said laptops so they took it and ran off with it
