Oh it’s legit, bought a pair of khaki shorts from a Plato’s closet for 15$ wore great but they seem to have been abused hard before me, couple months later I tore a hole in the crotch and tried their repair program, only paid 5 dollars for the shipping and sent them off, few days later they said they couldn’t repair them because the tear was too drastic but they gave me 65 bucks in store credit! Ended up buying a pair of pants from their worn wear program and they feel like new and seriously the best pants I’ve ever owned
