The original poster said "until" in one of their comments, but they didn't say it was printed on the receipt.

So it doesn't say that.

But it does say that 1:40 is the end. When 1:40 hits, it's over. Same as a show on TV that starts at 6 and ends at 7. At 7:00, it's over.
