Burning leaves are banned, no one should be doing that.

With the new compost bins, there is simply no excuse.

It wasn’t someone in the apartments. It was the house directly behind them. Looks like they are burning leaves in their fire pit.

County regulation says you can only burn wood in fire pits.

I get the feeling they don’t follow County regulations. They seem to only do it on the weekends and only burn in small batches.

That doesn't surprise me. But at least they are limiting the fire danger by doing small batches.
