I toured and it seemed nice besides the tiny kitchen. No evidence of pests. The reviews I've read online have me concerned

i live here.

dont. there are mice and roaches all over my apt. you pay way too much for what you get imo. the rooms are nice sure but i hate this place. We just got new managment so maybe things will improve but there are some dumbass rules in the lease too

I loved it for the first six years. It was kinda run down, but the staff was great, the neighbors were pretty chill, it had a great location. I felt like it was worth it. Then Morgan Properties bought it, fired everyone and replaced them, did superficial renovations without addressing functionality, and jacked the price up and added a whole bunch of new fees for services I didn’t use and couldn’t opt out of. It wasn’t worth it anymore.

Autumn Crest is right by it and I live here. Is it perfect, no. But it sounds a lot better than Pointe and I doubt its much of a price difference.
