Did this guy feature on a billboard in Hartford visible from the interstate around 2005-2007 ish? I have a memory of driving by a billboard featuring a high school football star but I don't remember who it was exactly.

If it was a few years before that, it might have been Tim Washington. He played a year or 3 before DJ at Bristol central. Set all sorts of records.

Could have been as early as 2003, so if Tim Washington featured on a billboard around that time he's probably who I'm remembering.

It's a hazy memory but I seem to remember the featured player was a quarterback. Could have been as early as 2003 I suppose.
