I moved up here for college and the first time I went there I was just amazed. Gun shop, fireworks store, hooters, hourly motels, and a motherfuckin Roy Rogers. It was amazing.

I haven’t been down that way in a long time, so unfortunately I could not give you recommendations of where to eat there. All I know is they closed the last Roy Rogers, and life’s been darker since then.

disappoooointed.

But yes, a new age began when Roy Rogers passed in 1998. A darker age, where that same year google was incorporated and new, harder-to-counterfeit $20 bills were introduced into circulation. A severe ice storm in Canada rendered millions without power, Quebec was told they couldn't secede and Iraq prevented UN weapons inspectors from their searches leading to Clinton ordering airstrikes. He protected us as long as he could, and at reasonable prices.

Edit: hold tight friends, legend says the once and future cowboy will return to us one day

Just looked them up and added. How's the sloppy waffle right next to it?

Sloppy Waffle is great. GoldBurger’s isn’t on the turnpike but it’s nearby and is also amazing.
