Legit question, since he was downvoted, how is darker skin an obstacle? I have friends that are black and they have the regular tattoo ink color on their skin. I’ve never asked because never thought it was an issue.

the obstacle is with the artist, not the ink - I have met artists who have even mentioned they are not as experienced w certain skin tones and will suggest artists who are since they are limited by their own skill set. Should they learn and adapt? absolutely, but that’s not always the case.

Uhh, fucking up a tattoo sounds like a costly and permanent mistake.
From this link it seems more than just someone willing to adapt and improve their skill set. https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/tattoos-on-dark-skin#color-tattoos
