Regular fall allergies.
Pollen
Could be mold on the leaves? Seems like it’s been a bit wetter lately so maybe it’s worse. I’ve been having some issues myself.
Rsv? It's going around like crazy right now
How can I tell if it’s rsv?
Go to the drs get tested but I don't think there is really any treatment to get rid of it just treat the symptoms so might be easier to just deal with it on your own, especially if you don't have a fever
Covid
Looks like it is allergies
I’m enjoying the razor blades in my throat and the mucus dripping out my nose. Autumn has arrived!
You do not need to take a Covid test every time you have the sniffles. Covid is basically a cold now. If a common cold test was available, would you test yourself for it?
COVID is similar to a cold for some people, still knocking others off their feet. I know people who had seemingly mild cases but are still struggling with long-term effects. Yes, it is absolutely worth testing when you have symptoms of a virus. Clearly OP thought it was worth testing, too, because they said elsewhere in this thread that they were negative.
Not the answer you are looking for, but yes, I would test myself for the common cold if it were possible. Just because it’s not killing hundreds of people a day doesn’t mean I want to pass it on. It would be good to know if I had a virus vs. something non-contagious.
TIL what RSV is. I didn't know that maybe some of the colds I've gotten are just this actually?
It's way more prevalent in kids than adults, but definitely possible
Me too, and it's been so bad this year. I had to go to urgent care due to the allergies giving me bad asthma. They said they were giving everyone with Covid tests, but right now it's either a rhinovirus or allergies.
I know it's allergies for me because if I'm indoors all day the sniffling diminishes.
Yes, this is accurate.
As someone else suffering with you rn, it's mold.

I'm actually going through the same thing. It initially felt like a cold but the next day, I'm just congested with less coughing. Probably all the leaves hitting the ground for fall time. Kicking up dust and pollen and whatnot.
