That I totally get. But Eversource dispatchers never reached out to the other utilities. Management needs to coordinate better!

This is a common Frontier practice. They are notified when one of their poles is involved in an accident and needs to be replaced. But they expect if there is electric on their poles that Eversource will just replace it for them.
But, Frontier doesn't want to be in the business of owning poles. They don't give shit about the pole. It's not profitable for them. So they will leave as is and eat the fines.

Frontier probably did get notified, them actually doing something about it with the few linesmen they still have is pretty low.
