Did you sign up for the 17 cent rate? If not I’d push back. Ask them to explain why they switched the terms on you.

Check the edit, I ended up getting 15 and some change. Constellation explicitly said that Eversource placed a hold so that Constellation and other suppliers could change their rates in turn.

I also got told .15xx while extremely annoying it’s better than .25 for Eversource. Their all in cahoots with each other

They are and not even hiding it according to Constellation.

I just got off the phone with Eversource and they said there is no block on my account. Wtf.

That’s what they told me, but at some point there was I imagine. Constellation confirmed that Eversource blocked supplier transfers so suppliers could up their rates.

Where did they confirm this cause that is collusion/price fixing and is illegal

It was a phone call with a Constellation agent, which likely isn’t worth much, but that’s what I was told after I pressed the issue.

Yeah now I need to call Eversource before it gets blocked again. Really wish I knew that last Monday when I “locked in”

Yeah “locking in” doesn’t mean shit apparently

I believe you were lied to by a Constellation sales rep. You can get that original rate if you fight for it.

How?

Call, ask to speak with a supervisor, tell them what rate you signed up for.

Tell them there was an error during signup and another representative gave you a higher rate, instead of fixing the original enrollment, and you want that original rate you signed up for.
