Just my opinion but if he was sentenced to death he would miss out on being tortured & raped daily in prison… & I think he really deserves the torture & rape before his death…

This guy is not going to go into general population. He's going to be locked down 23 hours a day, alone, and that other hour is going to be walking in circles in an enclosed courtyard under armed supervision.

Assuming, of course, he does not kill himself before then, or get killed by the police on apprehension.
