So this is what my brother-in-law (a contractor) did, but which also ended up dispersing lead paint to the extent that it could be traced in the blood of his children. I’m a little bit wary of this experience.

Yikes! Hopefully they started lead poisoning protocol with adding a ton of leafy dark greens into their diets to help mitigate the lead.
