I have a co-worker in Granby who had a bear hibernate under their deck. They had no idea until it came out in the spring.

How about Fozzy? Though I feel like I know if he is living under there, by hearing his awful jokes. Rowlf the Dog the dog is cool..that panino playing J smoking pooch.

This happened in the neighborhood I use to live in. The house across the street was unoccupied and a bear moved in under the porch and had cubs. DEEP sedated and tagged the mom and weighed the cubs. My neighbor got to hold one of them. They didn't relocate them, DEEP said that they'd do it on their own because the den was disturbed by people.
