I think it’s because The state assumes that the majority has motor vehicles, they don’t think for the less fortunate or tourists I swear

Yeah that’s evident. It’s not just transportation. Have you seen how they clean the sidewalks? Every year in Bristol they shovel half of it and the other half you have to either trudge through snow or walk on the road and risk being hit. I feel even worse for the elderly or people with children
