Silver Hill is great if you feel you need to get away for help right in New Canaan. Go daily maybe even twice a day if you’re up for it. Try different meeting and find the one that fits your needs. Talk to people when you you feel comfortable. You might even find a sponser that will show you the ropes and maybe introduce you to other people. It’s free take advantage of AA!
