What part of ct are you in?
Witchhouse Tattoos in Hartford has been previewing some flash sheets and will post up final designs and pricing before midnight tonight :)
Edited to add - pricing is $50-200 - cash only but ATM on site
Paradise Tattoo in Milford usually does them. AFAIK they charge $13 for a small and $31 for a larger tattoo. They put together a few flash sheets of designs and you pick one. Not sure if that’s what you’re looking for but I have one from them and it was a fun experience.
I’m not sure if they are having any specials, but Lucky Rose Tattoo in Middlebury is AMAZING!!! My entire family goes there and in October we had a family party there and seven of us got new tats. Rob and Mike are great!!
Oh I’m not looking for anything big I just was looking for somewhere with tiny flashes for $31 or something. Not trying to burst your bubble but I know quality cost money especially with tattoos.
Smack dab bullseye center
Alright well “the edge tattoo” in south Windsor is doing $100 flash tattoos they’re really good and pretty central, I was there today. If you’re not afraid of a drive ancient visual arts tattoo shop in Pawcatuck (RI border) is doing $20 flash ($13 tat with a $7 tip for the artist) limiting to 2 at a time then you can get back in line.
Any decent shop is going to have an hourly fee of at least $150 an hour and a one-hour minimum. Plus tip.
A sub-$100 tattoo is going to be complete shit. You'd be better off committing a felony and getting a better tattoo in the clink for two packs of smokes.
Thank you for repeating the other replies!

Not trying to burst your bubble but $100 bucks is about the bare minimum you'll pay for any type of session. If it's permanent it's worth doing it right. Even the smallest piece of flash. Maybe the new person in the shop will be willing to charge a little less and do walk-ins but I'd still say $100 is the lowest I'd go.
