You're not required to lift anything heavy. There is a rigging team to help with any of that. A small tool bag is about it.

There are unskilled openings in the offices too, such as the Planning department.

nice. Idk I was joking about actually trying to get a job there because their facilities are at least a 2 hour drive for me. So thats the real barrier.
