Hi guys I wanted to install a cat net so my cat wont climb the balcony railing anymore but I have ran into a problem, i'm renting and I cant drill anything and i'm thinking of using flex tape to hold a string that will have lots of tension then making it easier for me to install the netting.
Above I have included the picture and an idea of how to execute it. Im just wondering if anyone has any idea how to install something like a turnbuckle to the top left anchor point (in the photo) or something similar so I can create some tension with the string, without drilling into the concrete. The top right anchor point has a metal post I can attach the string to, but im' not sure what to do about the top left anchor point.
Or if someone has another idea of how I can do this project without drilling any holes will be appreciated thanks!

Can you glue the string to the concrete? It wouldn't need to be under much tension or support any weight.
As a plan B, could you build a post out of metal or lumber to attach the string to, and just have that sit against the concrete?
