Ah!!! Thank you!! I think I found it - https://www.homedepot.com/p/Glacier-Bay-Aragon-Tub-and-Shower-Connector-RP90016/206131710 — after pulling apart, the cartridge seems fine, it’s just this extension piece that is the issue
