How do you achieve the fuzzy waterfall affect. I figured it was just a longer exposure but on my gopro (I’m saving for a better camera) you can’t change the exposure unless on night mode which will just created a white screen. Please tell me if I am doing something wrong or am just limited by my camera.

You can do a ‘poor man’s’ version with an iPhone and a live picture. There’s an option to turn it into a long exposure with a bit of clever AI.

Tonwildly oversimplify it’s a longer exposure but since the shutter is open for longer you need a smaller Aperture so you need a camera you can adjust shutter speed and f stop.

Smaller hole open for longer lets in the same amount of light and then anything that moves like the water will have motion blur.

Yes, need full manual mode and a steady tripod. This was shot at F/16 for 2.0 seconds, also had a circular polarizer on the camera
