Lived in Lancaster the last three and a half years; moving to Preston next week for work. I went to Windermere back in summer and it’s like heaven on Earth, amazing sceneries.

Ah nice! I spent quite a bit of time in Lancaster, did you go any further than Windermere? The real views are further on in places like Buttermere and Langdale 👌

Unfortunately not but I'll definitely go once the weather livens up a bit. Thanks for the suggestions, those places look beautiful searching them up :)
