I appreciate your curiosity but I’d prefer not to disclose exact locations for these things as so many beautiful places have been badly disturbed from people trying to get photos. If you’re desperate to know I could show you in person should you be brave enough.

More curious than desperate! I'll assume it's a bit of a hike, and a place I wouldn't want to see decorated with beer cans and candy wrappers. Thanks for sharing your beautiful photo with us.

This one involves more than just hiking, at one point you won’t even be walking. Thankfully this spot won’t be found by anyone who’s casually out for a walk or a hike due to its relative remoteness. You’re most welcome for the photo, I’m glad you enjoy it! Take care and be well.

How long is the hike? And how difficult?
Jtiezy OP t1_jab8mvs wrote
To get to this section of the trail took 15 minutes of hiking. It was very steep and wet, some people waited at the bottom because it was too difficult for them. I didn’t find it difficult, it’s just steep so it can be tiring.

I’ve done the grind before so I think I would make it. Thanks for the info. It looks like a gorgeous spot!

It's the Echo Lake / Monmouth Creek Trail. The falls are part of the Monmouth Falls complex.

You are exactly the person you described. What makes you special to know where this place is, to where someone else can't enjoy it like you did? So freaking pretentious dude. Also, this place isn't as remote as you think it is and someone on this thread will name the location/coordinates.
Pretty sure this is off the Echo Lake Trail.
