This is the best of both worlds, just like near Vancouver where you can see the ocean from Whistler Mountain

….at the risk of saying something stupid, and recognizing that it’s been several years since I’ve been to Whistler, I’m pretty sure you can’t see the ocean from the top of Whistler Mountain (or anywhere on it). Certainly not most of the time, but I think never.
