Hey bigfops, littlefops just up and quit so we're gonna need you to cover his shifts.

Hey bigfops, middlefops also just quit, we're gonna need you to cover his shifts.

You know what? That’s a position of leverage. Apparently they depend on you a lot more now littlefops and middlefops just quick. So use that leverage, and don’t back down. They need you.

Also, if everyone is quitting start looking around.

When I was a junior analyst at a finance firm a group told our boss that the 100+ hour weeks were too much to physically handle our boss called a doctor into the office to write everyone Adderall prescriptions.

From the moment I asked I kept thinking "please don't be the US. Please don't be the US."

I'm not surprised though.

I hope whatever job you have now is much better than that hell.

Definitely better, though that's a low bar to clear! Ha. Still work like 60 hour weeks, and have to travel a lot. But I enjoy the work itself and they make it worth my while, so can't complain too much.
