I had my little brother over helping me out with the mulch. Like 15 minutes in I'm like ok break time. He's like I'm not even tired yet, and when I take breaks I have a hard time going back to work.

I told him yeah it's because you don't take a break until you're already tired. If you take breaks before you get tired you can work for much longer.
