Oh boy, why didn’t anyone tell me that happiness is a choice and I’m simply not working hard enough! Im going to call my psychiatrist and therapist, I’m done with antidepressants for good. I choose to not have crippling depression. I choose for the chemicals in my brain to be balanced again. 🤩🤩
