Down ticks include once in March when I had to put my 10 year old dog down I got as a puppy and again in August-October during the first trimester of my pregnancy (my morning sickness was really bad).

I'm a therapist, so I'm constantly talking to my clients about mood, our baseline, and the fact that happiness / contentment is a flowing, up and down thing throughout life. I consider this a very normal, and even ideal mood baseline example of what happy / healthy looks like in the average person!

This motivated me to use Daylio again! I used it briefly last November but stopped after a month. I just filled in today's entry and hopefully I can make this a habit.

Essentially you just pick from one of the 5 emojis if you want to keep it super simple, but you can get more intricate by logging activities too so you can see what influences your mood and things like that!
