In order to be motivational I feel the imagery has to be somewhat rooted in reality. I get what you are trying to say, but imagery is all wrong as that tree is not regrowing. It may be photoshopped, but let's set that aside. That is clearly brand new tree growing in the bones of the old. This gives off rather parasitic vibe for me as opposed to what you said.
